The appeal came days after a judge modified Trevizo’s bail conditions to let her attend the university in person ahead of an October trial, according to KFOX14/KDBC.
Trevizo, 19, was charged in May with first-degree murder and tampering with evidence after secretly delivering her baby boy at Artesia General Hospital, police said.
